Eindhoven Aikido College is organizing weekend aikido camp series.
The camp consists of 3 days (every Saturday of 3 weeks)
Trainings will be at outdoor and open to everyone.

10:00-11:00 Aiki taiso / breath exercises
11:00-12:00 Aikido workshop
12:00-14:00 Lunch break
14:00-15:00 Thematic training
15:00-16:00 Weapon training

11:00-12:00 Jo workshop
12:00-14:00 Lunch break
14:00-15:30 Thematic training
15:30-16:00 White Exam (practice exam for shodan+)
